We all need to take care of ourselves.
To Put Ourselves First.
Not in a selfish, egotistical way.
Just in a way that we ought to and need to for our own good and for the good of our loved ones and close relationships.
You have to take care of your mind.
You have to take care of your heart.
You have to take care of your soul and your spirit.
You have to take care of your physical body.
You have to take care of your family.
You have to Put down that phone and tablet and laptop and make some memories with your partner and your kids and your family and your friends – one day when you least expect it – and you need it – they will thank you for what you did.
You have to LET GO of your ego and your pride and say “I Love You”. – even to those who may have hurt you.
You have to learn to Forgive so you can also quickly get forgiveness.
You have to remember that the greatest gift you can give YOURSELF – YOUR FAMILY – YOUR WORLD – is the real, true, authentic YOU.
Your struggles and your pain and suffering ARE your biggest strengths.
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with falling as long as you – as they say goes – “Fall Forward.
There’s nothing wrong with failing as long as you LEARN and GROW and OVERCOME and in the end achieve your VICTORY.
Always remember that your past does not equal your future –
What matter is what you’re doing in your life right now.
I’ve discovered through my own life journey of many highs and lows that our life is a journey – a series of events and life experiences that take place in order to teach us more about ourselves and to stretch us to grow and overcome and achieve and give and give back – so we can make our own world and the world of others – better.
It teaches us about how much pain and suffering we can endure – and ultimately use to prosper from.
It teaches us about how much love we have and can give.
It teaches us about how much good we can do to help change the world.
It teaches us about how to be a great student.
And then how to become a great teacher.
And then how to become a great leader and inspirer and innovator.
And it shows you that When you DECIDE to STAND UP – STAND TALL and decide to START LIVING and WALKING TALL in your true PASSION, PURPOSE AND WHY – in YOUR OWN UNIVERSAL, SPECIALLY-DESIGNED FOR YOU CALLING – the universe will line up with you to help you climb any mountain and overcome any obstacle that may stand in your way.
So…
