Promises broken create disharmony and chaotic internal chatter in your mind unconsciously.
Breaking promises repeatedly over a sustained period of time will destroy relationships and trust and integrity – both within yourself and with your outer world.
They also keep you from “filling up your cup” both emotionally, spiritually and most definitely FINANCIALLY.

To be SO STRONG and SO CALM and SO CENTERED that NOTHING can disturb my peace of mind and inner balance.
To Speak only of Health, Happiness and Prosperity to EVERYONE I know or meet.
To Make EVERYONE I know and meet, and especially my partner/spouse and all my family, friends, clients, employees and colleagues know and feel that there is greatness in them and that they are worthy.
To look at and see the BRIGHT SIDE of EVERYTHING and make my OPTIMISM come true.
To THINK only of the BEST, to WORK only for and with the BEST and to EXPECT only the BEST.
To be just as ENTHUSIASTIC about the SUCCESS of OTHERS as I am about my own.
To FORGET and RELEASE the MISTAKES and PAIN of the Past and PRESS ON to the greater achievements of the PRESENT and the FUTURE.
To wear a CHEERFUL EXPRESSION at ALL times and give a SMILE to EVERY living creature that I meet.
To GIVE SO MUCH TIME to IMPROVING MYSELF that I have NO TIME TO CRITICIZE OTHERS.
To Be TOO LARGE for WORRY, TOO NOBLE for ANGER, TOO STRONG for FEAR, and TOO GRATEFUL and HAPPY each day to permit the presence of TROUBLE.
To LOVE MYSELF, RESPECT MYSELF and to THINK WELL of MYSELF and to SHOW and PROCLAIM this fact to the world, not in loud words but with GREAT DEEDS.
To LIVE each day with the FAITH, BELIEF and CONVICTION that the WHOLE WORLD is ON MY SIDE, so long as I am TRUE to my cause and true to the best that is in me.
To KNOW with ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY each day that ALL I need is within me every day.
