REVERSING AND OVERCOMING NEGATIVITY THAT’S WIRED IN TO YOUR BRAIN AND HAS POISONED YOUR MIND AND YOUR FINANCIAL SUCCESS.
There is an age old saying I know you have likely heard:
“Garbage In = Garbage Out”.
This is particularly true when it comes to your mind and your thoughts.
Many of us – dare I say – MOST of us – Face them and Have Them. ANTS.
No – not the ones that seem to find every nook, cranny and crumb in your house.
I am talking about the ones that seem to find every nook, cranny and place – in your MIND.
ANTS are Automatic/Auto Pilot Negative Thoughts.
The Bad News?
They are Poisonous Negative Thought Patterns that have been stored and programmed into your mind and brain over time and have essentially taken over and are running on auto-pilot.
Most of it is happening unconsciously and it is cumulative. And once it gets stored in there and hard wired into your mind they are not easy to reverse but they – MUST BE REVERSED – or you will suffer for it financially – BIG TIME.
Your mind and the process by which these negative thoughts are programmed, conditioned and stored in your brain are poisoning you and blocking you from financial success – and all types of other success in your life.
You need a clear, productive, healthy, un-poisoned mind to get you to financial success and your dreamlife.
You need to WIPE OUT the ANTS.
The Good News?
You can rewire and detoxify your mind and wipe out the ANTS.
First you need to understand that Neurons, stored mental patterns and brain waves are in control. The change, reversal and the rewiring has to take place at the neural level. This means at the neuron level. Your brains neurons are in charge of creating and changing every memory, mental thought pattern, behavior and ANT that you have. They do this by the way in which they communicate with each other electronically and chemically. When they do this incredible biological thing that they do – the thoughts, memories, actions, behaviors, beliefs, values, rules, addictions – you name it – are and become programmed, stored information and memory. They are then accessed and recalled when triggered by your daily life’s events.
To change the neuron wiring and what and how the neurons are communicating with each other and producing the thoughts and memories they create, you can and should use:
1) Visualization – what you SEE and how you see it
2) Verbalization – what you HEAR and SAY and how you hear or say it.
3) Subliminalization – pattern it to become Unconsciously Imbedded in your mind.
4) Emotionalization – what you FEEL and how you feel it.
5) Daily consistent RITUALS and PRACTICING and MASTERY of the positive empowering visualization, verbalization, subliminalization, and emotionalization.
6) Closing your mind and neurons off to negativity – catch it and cut it off at the pass before it gets to you.
7) Each and every day make sure that you NEVER AFFIRM:
c) Self degrading or Self-devaluation.
These skills and the mastery of all of the above is something that has to be mastered over time – and must become part of your daily patterns of life and actions. If you do them consistently and persistently they WILL wire in and replace or overwrite the ANTS.
So here is the ANTS REWHYRING Exercise you can do to help facilitate the change.
1) List and write down your top 10 consistent, reoccurring negative thoughts.
2) Rewrite each negative thought into a positive, empowering thought. One of the easiest ways to do this is to simply identify the negative keywords and simply identify and then write down the opposite positive word for that negative thought keyword.
Some examples for you:
– Distrust vs. Trust
– People don’t like you vs. People like you
– Lonely vs. Deep connections and relationships
– Sadness due to financial loss/difficulties vs. Choosing Happiness and Learning from your losses/difficulties
– Pain and suffering due to deep personal loss such as divorce or death of a close loved one vs. Focus on the happy times and memoires and how to create and endure the legacy of this person you lost.
3) Now deploy the VVES – Visualize, Verbalize, Emotionalize and Subliminally imbed these new positive thoughts you have written above. Read them – Write them – Say them – Feel them – Imbed them – take Actions or Behaviors consistent with them.
4) Practice, Repeat and Mastery of step 3 by daily, consistent repetition. It is best to do this several times a day, such as in the morning when you first arise, then sometime in mid day and then at night before you go to bed. It should be daily consistent rituals to practice, repeat and master this rewiring exercise.
5) Reinforce the new thoughts with your daily habits and rituals via the actions you take.
Do the rewiring and you will see the changes in your life. The ANTS will retreat and die.
